How many members are in the cleaning crew?+
This depends on the size of your home and the service that you request. The number of crew members can be from 2 -4.
How can I pay?+
We have a lot of options: cash, credit/debit card (3.5% procees fee will be added), check, or any money transfer app (venmo, paypal, cash app).
Does the price include tax?+
We add the tax when we charge you.
Do I need a deposit when I hire the cleaning crew?+
If you are a new customer, we will we need valid credit or debit card information.
Does the cleaning crew arrive at an exact time?+
You must give our crew a 1-hour window from the time you expect us. Our arrival will depend on the order of the houses we are servicing before you.
Can I ask for special cleaning while the cleaning crew is cleaning in the moment?+
You can request special services one day before they arrive. We will make sure to let them know, and you can send your request with a text or email.
Can I tip the cleaning crew?+
Yes, you can include it in the check or give it directly to them. If you send the tip in credit card or cash app, we make sure they get them. Thank you for your generosity.
Are you insured and bonded?+
Accidents can happen, what if you break or damage something?+
We will immediately let you know and we will cover the costs of any expenses.
If I am not satisfied with the cleaning, what happens?+
Our goal is that you are always 100% satisfied. Let us know you are not happy immediately, or within no more than 1 day, and we will return to fix whatever you think is not clean at no cost.
When is my payment due?+
Payment is due at the time the service is performed, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. If you forgot to leave the payment ? No problem! The cleaning crew will still do the cleaning, just contact us so you can pay by mail or pay online. If you have more question feel free to reach out!
